Storal is hiring a Nursery Assistant Chef/Cook in Basingstoke to support during periods of leave, helping prepare nutritious meals and ensuring high safety and hygiene standards in the nursery kitchen. The role works Part Time, Monday to Friday, 12m to 4pm, with tasks implemented under the Nursery Cook's guidance.
Ideal candidates hold Level 2 Food Hygiene, have commercial kitchen experience, and are familiar with Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.

Hours: Part Time, Monday-Friday 12m to 4pm

How you'll spend your time here
As a Nursery Assistant Chef/Cook, you will provide essential support during periods of leave, absence, or when additional help is needed. Working closely with the Nursery Cook, you'll assist in preparing nutritious, freshly made meals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene in the nursery kitchen at all times. Your flexibility and reliability will ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen during these periods.
