A leading luxury retail brand in Greater London is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support planning and trading of its Own Label collection. This role involves preparing review documents, monitoring financial performance, and producing insightful reports. Ideal candidates will have merchandising experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Part of the week can be remote under a hybrid working policy, ensuring flexibility for the right individual.
We are looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to play a key role in supporting the planning and trading of our Own Label Harrods Collection [Accessories, Apparel and Fragrance].
As an Assistant Merchandiser, you’ll work closely with the Merchandiser to deliver improved sales, margin, and stock‑turn results through insightful analysis and proactive trading actions. You’ll support the planning process, collaborate with buying teams, and ensure smooth operations across the division.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on‑site or have a mix of on‑site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on‑site, depending on business needs.
