Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong ability to translate metrics into action and manage people and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on delivering commercial results and world-class customer experience.
• Take ownership of KPIs such as labour efficiency, waste reduction and sales performance.
• Ensure shift deployment meets planned roles and routines to optimise customer experience.
• Observe partner performance, coach and provide feedback to drive improvements.
• Act as the store’s duty manager during scheduled shifts and make operational decisions.
• Maintain brand and operational standards and ensure adherence to health & safety guidelines.
• Use financial and operational data to inform decisions improving shift performance.
• Train and coach partners to deliver consistent quality and service excellence.
• Lead and embed new initiatives and product launches at store level.
