Job summary

Upham Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead hospitality teams across our pubs in Southern England. You will oversee guest experiences, manage food and beverage delivery, and drive KPI success in a busy, guest‑facing environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership and excellent communication. You will work evenings, weekends and holidays and benefit from staff discounts, a development program and career progression toward a General Manager position.
