Upham Inns is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and guest service across nights and weekends in the UK. You will collaborate with the General Manager to uphold standards, manage food and beverage, and drive KPI performance while ensuring a superb guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality
• The Right to Work in the UK
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative, trustworthy and impartial
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of guest experience at a high level with consistency through every shift
• Overall responsibility for the food and beverage
• Achieving the KPI's / performance metrics for the ongoing financial success of the business
