Upham Inns is recruiting a Deputy Manager for one of our premium pubs in Southern England. You will lead the FOH team, oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining Upham Inns’ standards and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role with a proven track record of leading and delivering essential.
• Restaurant/Hospitality experience is essential.
• Track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong financial skills and ability to manage audits and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the performance of the FOH team.
• Oversee all aspects of the operation including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health and Safety.
