Upham Inns is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the front-of-house team across its premium pubs in Southern England. The role emphasizes guest experience, financial discipline, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Solid experience in a similar role with proven leadership
• Hospitality/Restaurant background
• Track record of leading teams to success
• Strong budgeting, labour controls and forecasting skills
• Able to manage audits and due diligence
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Right to Work in the UK

• Lead and inspire the FOH team to perform at a high level
• Oversee all operation aspects: People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Ops, Health & Safety
• Maintain Upham Inns standards and drive performance via People-First strategy
• Support General Manager to deliver excellence across premises
