Job summary

Caffè Nero is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Watford store. You will support the Store Manager with training and coaching, manage a busy team, and lead by example to deliver exceptional service to every customer.

You’ll help maintain store standards, handle deliveries, and ensure a safe, clean environment. A passion for coffee and customer care is essential, with training provided to grow your career within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a team to drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing the team to drive standards and performance.
• Lead by example to provide great service in store and through deliveries.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and organisation in customer areas and back-of-house.
• Deliver personalised customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
