Job summary

Caffè Nero is seeking a Store Manager to lead stores across Hertfordshire and North London. You’ll own daily operations, drive excellent service, and develop your teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

You’ll oversee training, standards, and store performance while ensuring safety and quality. If you’re passionate about coffee, people, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Job description

We are looking for a Store Manager to support stores across Hertfordshire (Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Harpenden) and North London (High Barnet, North Finchley and East Finchley).

Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Our Store Managers take ownership of their own store, providing excellent customer service and operational standards. They:

• Pride themselves on keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Always strive for excellence!

What you can expect:

• Performance related bonus of between £3,500 - £5,500 per annum (dependant on role and store).
