Job summary

Caffè Nero is hiring an Assistant Manager in Clitheroe to lead a busy team and support the Store Manager with training and coaching. You will drive standards, deliver exceptional coffee service and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a busy, customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
• Lead by example and provide great service in store and through deliveries.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service.
• Deliver a personalised experience for customers and uphold the Caffè Nero brand.
