Job summary

Caffè Nero is hiring an Assistant Manager in Clitheroe to lead a busy team and support the Store Manager with training and coaching. You will drive standards, deliver exceptional coffee service and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment for customers.

You'll lead by example, manage shifts, and maintain high service levels, with opportunities for career growth and training within a supportive team. Attractive staff discounts apply as part of the role.

• Support the Store Manager with training, coaching and managing their team to drive standards and performance.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Lead by example and provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence!

The starter rate for Assistant Managers in this location is £13.01 per hour, increasing to £13.16 with service.
