Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a General Manager to lead one busy centre, creating a safe and vibrant environment for staff and customers. You will drive financial and commercial performance across Food, Drink, Amusements and Bowling/Golf, and be fully accountable for budgets and KPIs.

You will coach, motivate and develop your team, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced leisure setting. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager in leisure, hospitality, or retail

Responsibilities

• Run one busy centre and create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers
• Drive financial and commercial performance across four revenue streams (Food, Drink, Amusements, Bowling/Golf) and meet budget and KPI targets
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and customer satisfaction
