Flow Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy centre in the United Kingdom. You will coach and mentor the team, ensure high standards of service, and be hands-on across all areas.

You will support the General Manager, drive financial targets, and deliver excellent customer experience. The role offers a competitive salary with a monthly bonus and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve months’ management experience in a fast paced, customer-facing environment, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail.
• Be passionate about customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Have ambition for success.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift.
• Ensure the centre is a safe and fun environment for customers.
• Hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
• Support the General Manager with back-of-house duties.
• Run an exceptional front-of-house operation and service standards.
• Deliver financial targets and maintain high service standards.
