Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Maidstone to lead a busy centre, overseeing lanes, bar and diner, and amusements. You’ll receive a thorough induction and training across all areas to set you up for success.

You will be at the heart of a fast-paced operation, coaching a large team, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the General Manager to hit centre goals and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure/hospitality/retail sectors.
• Strong customer service orientation and guest focus.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ambition and drive to succeed within a busy, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
