Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom to lead front-of-house operations, coach the team, and support the General Manager to hit centre goals. You will drive customer service excellence, manage shifts, and contribute to a fun, safe environment for guests.

The role offers a 40-hour contract with additional pay for extra shifts, plus extensive staff benefits and a clear progression path through our Centre Manager in Training programme.

Formación

• Management experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and mentor the team, and run an exceptional front-of-house operation.
• Support the General Manager back-of-house and achieve centre goals.
• Ensure the centre maintains high standards of service and a safe, fun environment for customers.
