• Coach and give feedback to partners; recognise achievements during and after shifts.
• Act as duty manager when scheduled; make operational decisions during your shift.
• Ensure brand and operational standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Use data to drive decisions and improvement; support new initiatives and product launches.
• Provide training to partners to maintain quality, efficiency and service excellence.
