Five Guys in Southampton is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams on the shop floor, support the General Manager, and ensure a high standard of customer service for every guest. You’ll coach staff, manage profitability, and foster a fun, values-driven workplace.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of management in fast-paced hospitality, strong focus on guest satisfaction, and a track record of driving engagement and efficiency.

Formación

• Leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR setting.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience assisting with P&L management, labour control and inventory.
• Ability to coach and develop teams and manage shifts.
• Knowledge of Food Safety standards and health and safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift teams on the floor and on the line to deliver great burgers and fries.
• Support the General Manager to hit store results and customer satisfaction targets.
• Create a positive, productive workplace aligned with company values.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and implement long-term plans.
• Own and drive sales while controlling costs.
• Develop talent and build a strong future pipeline for the team.
