Job summary

Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager in Andover to support daily store operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards of service and food quality. You’ll deputise for the Store Manager when needed and drive profitability through efficient labour and stock control.

You should have supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, strong leadership and communication, and be flexible for evenings and weekend shifts, in a fast-paced environment. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
