Domino’s Ware is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive store success.

The role requires supervisory experience in hospitality or retail, strong leadership and organisational skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
