Domino’s stores in the United Kingdom are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, manage inventory, and help control costs while maintaining a positive brand image. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering great service at pace.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR).
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
