Domino's Banbury is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, delivering great service and food quality in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and coach the team, help manage costs, recruitment and training, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino's values
