Ideal candidates have supervisory or management experience in hospitality or QSR, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible approach to shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
