Domino’s Weymouth is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring great customer service, top food quality and strong team performance.

You’ll lead by example, mentor staff, manage inventory, and help control costs while upholding Domino’s values. The role involves flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
