Job summary

Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and team performance in a fast-paced store. You will lead by example, coach staff and help drive profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in hospitality or QSR, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and late nights. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
