Job summary

Domino’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, uphold high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance in a fast-paced store.

You’ll lead by example, coach staff, assist with recruitment and training, manage inventory and costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain a positive brand image with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (store location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead, coach and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness to standards.
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
