Job summary

Domino’s stores in the United Kingdom are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, uphold high standards of service, food quality and team performance.

You will lead by example, coach staff, manage inventory and costs, assist with recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence.
• Lead and coach team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness per company standards.
• Monitor costs (labor, food, wastage) to maximise profitability.
• Assist with recruitment, training and development.
• Ensure health, safety and food safety compliance.
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values.
