Job summary

Tenpin - Northampton is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure customers have a fantastic time during their visit. You will be driven, passionate and capable of creating a fun environment for guests and staff alike.

In this role you will be well organised, approachable and take initiative. You will own your development to grow into the Deputy Manager position, supporting other managers and driving the centre’s budgets, KPI targets and service standards across all departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a management role, preferably in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Exceptional customer service is at the heart of the role.
• Experience leading and developing large teams.
• Ambitious and eager to progress into future roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the centre.
• Lead the team to deliver top customer service.
• Support delivery of the company strategy.
• Deputise for the Deputy Manager when needed.
• Ensure policies and daily compliance are followed.
