Job summary

Marston's Plc is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and lead the pub team to deliver memorable guest experiences on every shift. You’ll step up for the General Manager when needed and drive operations with passion and integrity.

You’ll have prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded pub environment, with a focus on people leadership, delivering KPI results, and maintaining guest satisfaction. We offer flexible hours and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a like-for-like/branded environment.
• Strong leadership to manage pub team and drive KPI’s.
• Ability to deputise for the GM when required.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
