Marston’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our lively pub team. You’ll help lead the team, step up for the General Manager, and create memorable guest experiences that bring guests back.

With a passion for people, you’ll drive guest service, team development, and operational excellence, while supporting financial and KPI targets. A flexible, part-time option is available and a clear path to a General Manager role through our Aspire programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub/brand environment as assistant/deputy manager or similar role.
• Passion for leading teams and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to drive financial and KPI goals and support the GM.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable guest experiences and drive team performance.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
