Job summary

Marston's is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the United Kingdom. Be there for the ordinary, and the extra ordinary moments as you lead from the front and motivate your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You'll support the General Manager, drive financial and business KPIs, and ensure smooth operation during GM absence. Previous experience in a similar branded environment will help you succeed, with development opportunities through our management training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits
• Proven track record in meeting financial KPIs
• Strong communication and people skills

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
