Marston’s PLC in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, leading a vibrant pub to deliver memorable guest experiences and motivate a diverse team. This role sits at the heart of community pubs, with opportunities to develop and progress within a people-first organisation.

You’ll support the General Manager, drive key KPIs, and develop your leadership skills through our Aspire programme, with flexible hours and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
• Personality counts, with the ability to lead and motivate a pub team
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivateyour pub team on every shift
• Be passionateabout doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
