Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a similar or branded pub environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a pub team on every shift.
• Demonstrated accountability for operations when deputising for the GM.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Ensure smooth operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring prior management experience in a like-for-like setting.
