Shepherd Neame’s Sun Inn in Faversham, Kent, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team, and deliver outstanding hospitality. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to progress within Britain’s oldest brewer family.

You’ll run day‑to‑day operations, train staff, manage stock and costs, ensure health and safety, handle guest queries, and contribute ideas to improve service while upholding our values of Sheps Spirit, Pride and Passion, and Working
