Shepherd Neame Limited is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader for the Hoop & Grapes venue in London. The role will support the General Manager and lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, setting the tone for great service and guest satisfaction.

You will motivate and coach staff, ensuring health and safety compliance while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. The position offers training, development, and opportunities across our pubs and hospitality network.
