Job summary

The Duke of Cumberland pub, part of Shepherd Neame Limited, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team, and deliver exceptional hospitality at a historic site dating back to 1867.

You will open and close the pub, supervise staff, train and develop the team, manage stock and costs, and ensure health and safety standards are met, with flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate up to £14.35.
