Job summary

Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team on the line and in the dining area, supporting the General Manager to deliver perfect burgers and fries and ensure a best-in-class guest experience.

You will own the shift, run smooth operations, train and develop staff, and uphold Five Guys values while driving store results and maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• Guest-experience driven with a track record of delivering excellent service.
• Experience with P&L, labour costs and inventory/waste management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift on the line and in the dining area, ensuring fast, accurate service.
• Support the General Manager in delivering store results and a superb guest experience.
• Uphold Five Guys values and health and safety standards across the team.
