Highland Hospital is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager, of Parking, Access Control and Dispatch. Responsible for the oversight of facility access, dispatch and parking operations. This includes, but is not limited to, creation, monitoring and enforcement of policies/procedures to enhance security and mitigate risk of locations through access control. Ensures efficient use of parking facilities and monitors compliance of users.

  • Supervises the Access Control, Parking Operations and Dispatch staff, including hiring, firing, discipline, mentoring, evaluating, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Provide training and education to ensure procedures, processes and techniques are in place and being implemented.
  • Conduct regular huddles/staff meetings.
  • Meets all hospital and regulatory deadlines.
  • Evaluate staff performance, write performance reviews and give constructive feedback.
  • Has the authority to hire, discipline and terminate employees as necessary.
  • Maintains and monitors areas of responsibility for improvement suggestions as well as collaboration with other departments that are customers.

Salary Range: $62,525-$88,173.00 annually

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
