Job summary

Domino’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, coach the team, manage daily tasks, handle inventory and health & safety compliance, and help drive profitability while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, supervising and developing staff, while upholding Domino’s values and brand

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
