Job summary

Domino’s stores are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. This role requires leading by example, coaching staff, assisting with recruitment and training, and maintaining health and safety compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or QSR preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required.
• Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
• Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
• Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
• Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
