Ember Inns’ Easington pub in Cherwell District is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team and model great service every day. You’ll ensure brand standards, guest safety and a positive guest experience while supporting the General Manager in daily operations.

You’ll mentor staff, foster teamwork and deliver memorable moments that encourage guests to return. Join a people-focused team in a community-focused pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to day-to-day challenges.
