Job summary

The Star Hotel in Burntwood is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, stepping in as Duty Manager when needed and helping drive guest satisfaction. This full-time role is based at Burntwood.

You will train and inspire the team, model excellence in food, drink and service, and mentor staff to be the best they can be while delivering moments that WOW our guests. The role offers clear progression opportunities, generous staff discounts across our brands,
