California, a Mitchells & Butlers pub brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, train teams, and help run day-to-day operations with passion and drive in a community-focused pub environment.

As Assistant Manager at the California, you’ll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
