Job summary

Horse & Jockey, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations at a bustling pub. You will lead and develop the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coach staff, and act as Duty Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervising a team.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and guest-service focus.
• Willingness to act as Duty Manager when required.
