EGO - Horbury is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, uphold high standards of service, and be the day-to-day leader when the GM is away.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pub/restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people development skills are essential.

• Act as role model and guide development within the team.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGERYOU’LL…
