Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Glover Arms in East Huntingtower, Scotland. You will support the General Manager in daily operations and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences with mentorship and drive.

You will train staff, ensure excellent service, and be a role model, helping the team grow and achieve WOW moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and motivate teams to deliver high guest experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the pub.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
