Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Ego concept in Sheffield City Centre is recruiting an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a dedicated team. You’ll motivate staff, train colleagues, and drive exceptional guest experiences across our Mediterranean-inspired menu and lively pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a team and supporting a General Manager.
• Strong communication to train and inspire staff.
• Proven ability to lead by example and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
