Job summary

Star Hotel is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead a team in delivering excellent guest experiences. You’ll motivate and mentor staff to be the best they can be, contributing to a welcoming, high-performing pub environment central to the Ember Inns community.

With strong focus on guest service, you will help drive team performance, promote great hospitality, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
