Mitchells & Butlers’ Vintage Inns at Longbridge Mill is recruiting a Part Time Assistant Manager. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a team, and mentor staff to deliver an excellent guest experience in a cosy, welcoming pub environment.

The role offers progression opportunities and staff discounts across brands. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, train the team, and be a role model, ensuring moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS ASSISTANT MANAGER YOU’LL…

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
