Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to drive spa operations and sales performance. You will lead the Spa Ambassador Team, train sales staff, and work with the Spa Manager to maintain the Culture of Excellence.

The role requires commissioning sales experience, strong client interaction skills, and the ability to manage front-desk activities, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and sales reporting. Schedule includes evening shifts and weekends.

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help us drive our spa operations! The position of Assistant Spa Manager is designed for people who are passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry, and expanding their sales experience.

Our Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for leading the Spa Ambassador Team to achieve the sales goals of the spa, and works with our Spa Manager to realize the spa’s Culture of Excellence.

Ideal candidates for this role demonstrate the following attributes:

• Growth Focused Leadership - the Assistant Spa Manager will be running the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and working closely with our Spa Manager to produce both a client and team focused culture..
• Member Conversion and Customer Service -As part of the spa management team, you will lead by example. You should enjoy connecting with clients to offer them individualized sales solutions. You should also understand how to coach and motivate a sales team.
• Multi-Tasking Expertise - You should have experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks- including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Passion to Drive Results – You understand the impact of your actions and flex your strategy to drive results accommodate the needs of the business. are available a variety of business hours including evenings and weekends.

The schedule for this position includes at least one weekend day and two evening shifts
