• Handle inquiries and complaints via email, phone, live chat and other channels.
• Investigate queries and resolve complaints promptly per guidelines.
• Answer guest questions from guests, third parties and club locations.
• Provide information on spa services, packages, treatments and policies.
• Manage spa bookings for guests, including create and amend bookings.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and foster a positive team environment.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

A typical day in the life of a Spa Customer Service Agent

• Handle any inquiries and complaints via email, telephone, live chat and any other mediums the business may use.
• Investigate queries/complaints, in accordance with guidelines and in a timely manner.
• Answering queries from guests, third parties and our club locations.
• Address any client inquiries and provide information about spa services such as packages, treatments, policies, terms and conditions.
• Manage spa bookings on behalf of guests such as making and amending bookings.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
